Vidunderligt, rørende, udvidende, berigende, dybt og smukt møde med planternes væsen sammen med skønne Eva Maria og Stephan. Mit hjerte er ekspanderet i kærlighed og taknemmelighed efter to dage med disse vise og smukke sjæle. TAK
Eva and Stephan are such beautiful souls, with a great capacity for creating space for deep healing to happen. Weavers of ancient traditions — the energy they create on the retreat is both down to earth and playful, and the space they hold is strong and secure.
I always have amazing and inspiring experiences every time i am with Eva Maria and Stephan. They truly know how to hold space and guide the participants. Both wonderful people and mentors

Fantastisk!! Virkeligt dejligt at ha mødt jer og jeres visdom. Sikke nogle dejlige og meningsfulde dage! For få dage siden var et birketræ bare et smukt træ i skoven, men i dag mødte jeg et og elskede det med samme intensitet, som jeg ville elske et menneske. Det var blevet til en ven.
Thank you. I have recently experienced a Dieta with Eva and Stephan and words cannot describe what it has done to me. I don’t even want to try but one thing I can say is that I stand naked now and closer to my true essence.. I’m on my way cleaning out of attachments and extracting hardness from strength. I stand stronger now with more authority towards myself.
Eva and Stephan understand and incorporate nature in everything they do, and create a space of meaning, security and coherence. Their retreats are performed with deep respect for the individual ─ simultaneously creating an experience of cohesion between the participants and the world around us. I have left each time with a total sense of Gratitude, Peace and Love
Den Nordiske Dieta med Mighty Tree er en af de mest transformative oplevelser jeg har haft… Omringet af dyb, stille skov fandt jeg en ro og klarhed, en lytten indad og forbindelse til mig selv og alt omkring mig, som er en embodied oplevelse jeg bær og tager videre...Særligt gav 1:1-mentoring hver dag med enten Eva eller Stephan mulighed for at få reflekteret og sparret om min dieta-proces, der var langt dybere og mere berigende end jeg kunne drømme om – det er jeg dybt taknemmelig for….Jeg oplever at have redskaber og indsigter fra min dieta med Birk, der har ændret mit syn på måden at være i verden.
